1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India (or standard nominal shipping fee applied at checkout).
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Within Gujarat: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link and AWB number will be shared via email (Vionafashion405@gmail.com) or SMS/WhatsApp (+91 9979917387).
You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner's portal.

4. Address Changes & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you do not receive your shipment within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and photo/video evidence of the package.
